Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
All orders are fulfilled within 2 to 4 business days, allowing time for follow-up requests such as address changes, item changes, recipient changes, or cancellations. Once fulfilled, a shipping notification with the tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email. The shipping and delivery timeframe will commence only after the order is fulfilled.

Standard delivery is 6 – 10 business days in the US and International orders may take up to 3 weeks (depending on your location).

We are closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major US holidays, so please allow additional time for processing if your order is placed during these times.

CANCELLATION & OTHER ORDER REQUESTS
Cancellations or changes to your order can be requested as long as the order has not been processed. To submit your request, please contact our customer service immediately. You can reach us via email at orders@americanbrandstudio.com or through our website.

CARRIERS
We use USPS and UPS as our main carriers. The tracking number will be included in the shipping notification sent to the customer’s email once the order is fulfilled.

Please Note:
International orders may also incur additional customs and duties charges which are imposed by the customer’s respective country, and not from American Brand Studio.

TRACKING A PACKAGE
To track your package, you may use the USPS or UPS tracking websites.

LATE DELIVERIES
Although we ship most orders within the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances, our shipping capacity can be exceeded, which can cause additional delays of 3-4 days. Regrettably, this is an unfortunate consequence of high-volume sales periods as well as for weekend and public holiday order placements.

Other reasons for additional delays may include our shipping partner itself experiencing a problem, or border and customs departments retaining shipments on international shipments. These events are unfortunately beyond our control.

American Brand Studio is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was provided. Once the order is shipped and delivered to an incorrect address, American Brand Studio is no longer responsible for the package and will not replace the item. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order is unfulfilled, we can assist you in updating your address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is secure. If a package’s tracking information is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen afterward, American Brand Studio will assume the package has been delivered. A replacement can be processed only after you file a missing claim with the carrier. Once filed, please contact our customer service and provide the claim ID number.

ITEM CONDITIONS
If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, please keep the original product packaging and contact our customer service with a photo of the package/items received within 7 business days of delivery:

  • Damaged or missing items
  • Wrong items
